It is crucial to keep the serial number label intact as it serves as proof of purchase and helps in identifying the product. The warranty for a product will become null and void if the serial number label is missing, damaged, or tampered with.


All goods sold by Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd carry a limited 1-year warranty against material and workmanship defects, honoured by the manufacturer and is conditional to the manufacturer’s terms & conditions of use. The warranty claim will be processed in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and conditions.

Warranties generally do not cover parts or components that naturally deteriorate under normal use or have a shorter lifespan than the stated warranty. This means that if a certain part or component is expected to wear out over time or has a limited lifespan, it may not be eligible for coverage under the warranty. No warranty is applicable to items that have been mishandled, damaged due to negligence, misused, or altered or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer. These conditions nullify any warranty coverage for the affected item. It is important to adhere to proper usage and care instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure warranty protection.


This warrant replaces all other warranties of quality, meaning that it takes precedence over any other warranties that may exist. In no event shall Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, nor it’s directors, partners and suppliers be liable for incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages nor damages arising out of the delay in shipment or production.

Discontinued products or services

The liability of Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd is subject to legal limitations. Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any claims, damages by a third party, or incorrect purchases and it remains the customer’s responsibility to check both specification and pricing before ordering or using information provided on this website.


Customers (or users of this platform) agree to indemnify Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd and its directors from any demand or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to breach of these Terms of Conditions or rights of a third-party.
